As the Practice Business Manager, Adrian has overall responsibility for the business operations, human resources and financial management of The Village Practice. Adrian supports the GP partners to uphold the values and aims of the practice and by helping to implement changes ensure we offer the best patient care possible.

Prior to working at The Village Practice, Adrian was Operations Manager for the National Amyloidosis Centre at the Royal Free in London and prior to that worked for the Division of Medicine at UCL and University of the Arts London.
