Pre-booked COVID-19 vaccines for The Village Practice patients are being held this week at the Civic Centre, Poulton. Please do not turn up at the practice.
If we have not contacted you about an appointment then please do not turn up. This is for pre-booked and pre-arranged appointments only.
Please do not call the practice asking to book, we are following government guidance, and working through the priority lists. We will contact patients directly.
