Named GP

Whilst you are registered with the practice, every patient has a named GP who is responsible for overseeing their clinical care, they are known as your 'Usual GP'.  If you are unsure who your 'Usual GP' is please ask.

Temporary residents

If you are visiting the area or here for only a short period of time, and need to see a doctor, please contact reception on 01253 955 561. You will then be asked to complete the relevant form.

Once you have completed the form you can receive emergency treatment from the practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with the practice.
