Leg Ulcer Clinics

The District Nurses run these clinics, and they are held each afternoon by appointment only. Here leg ulcers are assessed, dressed and advice given regarding care of legs.

Over 75 years Clinic

Patients aged 75 years or over are offered an invitation to discuss any health or social issues with the District NursingTeam. Home visits can be arranged for those who are unable to attend the Medical Centre.

If appropriate referrals can be made to various agencies e.g. chiropody, social services, day care, physio & occupational therapy. Information is available on voluntary & support groups who help clients remain independent enabling them to live in their own homes with confidence.
