📞💚 THE FUTURE IS CALLING… AND IT’S GREENER THAN EVER! 🌍✨

At The Village Practice, we have been looking at how we can improve the way we deliver services to you and making sure we can use all our phone and technology partners to reduce the amount of time you are waiting on the phones and the first stage is our phone menu options a smart new upgrade! 🚀📲

We’re always looking for ways to make your experience better, and this change is designed to help us answer your calls more efficiently and get you the help you need even faster. Whether you’re booking an appointment or speaking to our team, you’ll soon notice a smoother and more streamlined experience. ✅ In the near future we will be creating more options to contact us including online prescription ordering and alternatives and the prebooking of appointments.

🛠️ SO WHAT’S CHANGING?

In order to implement the changes the first thing we have had to do is reorganise the phone menu options you hear when you call. This means the number you’re used to pressing will now have changed. The previous options will not work.

👉 That’s why we’re asking everyone to please take a moment to listen to ALL the options carefully before making your selection.

This upgrade is part of a wider effort to invest in the future of patient care — making it more efficient, more accessible, and more responsive for everyone.

Just like updating your phone or apps, these small changes bring big benefits. Our new system will help reduce waiting times, direct your call to the right person first time, and free up our teams to help you more quickly and effectively.
