New Telephone number: 01253 204 333
In order to better meet the needs of our patients, we have now changed our phone providers and are now on a cloud based system.
As such, The Village Practice has now changed its telephone number to 01253 204 333.
This new number, 01253 204 333, is now live.
We will be forwarding calls from our old number to the new number for a period of time, however please ensure that you update your records for future use.
Please share this with any patients who are not online etc. to make them aware of the change. You can also collect a change of number card from our reception.
We have also taken this opportunity to change our calling options.
You can now press:
- Option 1 to make, cancel or rearrange an appointment with a clinician.
- Option 2 to go through to the prescription line.
- Option 5 for a self-referral to the social prescribing team.
