How to Book an Appointment
A computerised appointment system is used. Appointment times are allocated on average every 10 minutes and we do our best to run to time, although sometimes late running is beyond our control. Late arrivals for appointments may be seen at the doctor’s discretion. Same day appointments are available although it may not be possible to see your preferred doctor and it will be a shorter appointment.
Please be prepared to give the Triage Nurse / Receptionist details regarding the nature of your problem as this helps you to be seen by the most appropriate person.
Telephone Consultations can be booked in advance and you will be rung on the telephone number you have given.
Treatment Room
The Treatment Room is open from 8.00am – 1.00pm. Appointments are advisable for wound care, venepuncture, injections, removal of sutures and minor injuries. Please ring 01253 951065 or 01253 955 561 ext 1 for an appointment.
Cancelling an Appointment
To help us offer appointments as soon as possible to as many people as possible, please cancel any appointments you no longer require.
Telephone the surgery on 01253 955 561 as soon as you know you no longer need your appointment in order for it to be cancelled.
